Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that refunds for funds added to a client's Boundarystars account are not offered. These funds, once added, are intended for use in participating in games or challenges hosted on our website. It is crucial to note that once an exchange is confirmed, clients cannot cancel it.

However, there is an exception. Users may request a refund at the sole discretion of Boundarystars if they meet the following criteria:

  • The client submits a written refund request to Boundarystars using the registered email address.
  • The refund request is received at least two days before the commencement of the round for which the payment is intended. Failing to meet this deadline will result in the inability to provide a refund.
  • Please be aware that Boundarystars reserves the right to limit the refund amount after deducting applicable fees and expenses based on its sole and thorough evaluation. The refund processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

During the exchange process, users should also consider any additional agreements governing the exchange. If conflicts arise between these additional agreements and Boundarystars's provisions, the additional agreements will take precedence. These refund limits solely apply to the funds used to join challenges and will be credited to the client's source account on Boundarystars.

In unforeseen circumstances such as an error, a canceled event, or an act of nature, only the joining fee will be refunded, and position-based winnings will not be considered.
